When did you plant the seeds, Angie?

15 May, 2009

they are either a perennial variety - that i did'nt realise that i had, or hardy annual that seeded themselves from last year. i have'nt planted or sown any this year at all. the ones i had in this corner last year where called 'Monarch Mix' - i thought these were just annuals though....i have some more seeds of this one if you want them?

No thanks, though that's a kind thought! - I planted seeds of 'Butterfly' ones again, and I've only just planted them out. They won't be in flower for at least another month or two. I don't seem to have any self-sown ones this year for the first time!

I was asking because of mine being so small.

i did like thoughs last year, really different, i was going to get some for this year, but as you can see i still have loads of the monarch everywhere and they were so good last year i did'nt worry, see what space i have for some of the butterfly ones next year, i also like the Antirhodora collections too, they look really nice and much more compact from what i have read.
