Another wildflower

Nice close-up Wohlibuli, reminds me of a Clethra barbinervis, right before the blooms fully opens. Also reminds me of a black cherry , right before it's in full bloom. If I look at it any longer, it will probably remind me of a couple other things too....lol Good luck identifing it.

What size is the plant ? lovely flowers.....

Hi Lil, This would have to be called a shrub actually. It was about 4 feet tall and rounded. It was growing in a heavy wooded area. I thought it was pretty but not real showy. Flower bracts were about 3-4 inches long.
