at least 50 and they have just spawnd again.

do you have trouble with herons ? lovely to watch them i bet swimming about,, so theraputic,,

no we dont though we see them flying overhead. the pond is 3ft off the ground with no where for them to land and walk into the water. that is their preferred method of fishing. though i know some of the GoYers have lost fish to herons. i love watching them and the invertebrate life that also lives in the pond.

Super shot of the pond, fish are great and very calming to watch,I'm trying to get the missus to let me build yet another pond, it may be a long process(the persuading that is).

oh but so much better as a consequence. does she have a favourite water plant that you could bribe her with?

Not really any favorites and with 4 ponds already it'll be an uphill battle
