Catalpa bignoides

It's blooming early ? though I prune mine back for shade, theyr'e close to the house......such pretty flowers and fragrance when it's warm too !

Should explain that our catalpa isn't blooming yet! Just put this photo on the site as someone was inquiring about a catalpa plant that had long leaves not heart shaped ones.. which sounded like it wasn't a catalpa!

Oh ok, ours doesn't usually come out until June and we're south of you !
