yes - most of my climbers are new and not growing as quickly as i would like - I know I need to be patient!

Hi Jangue welcome to GOY, Dont worry your Armandii will put on loads of growth this year, mine was smaller than yours last year and its covered one shed going onto the next one now :)) Mine is Appleblossom... White flowers, do you know the name of yours?

Sorry, only just seen your comment Youngdaisydee ! The label just says Armandii but it does have white flowers. Did you just leave it alone all year and what did you do when it finished flowering this year?

Ive just left it Jangue, there was only half a dozen flowers, Its growing like crazy at the min, lovely red leaves that turn green... It gets fed the same time as the rest of the plants and thats it, I snapped a bit off by accident a few weeks ago, so took cuttings off it and there looking good :)

nice, will be good to see it growing. mine is a new garden as well and it,s rewarding to see it build up over the next few years.
