There's a tree in our garden!

This was last year, a huge tree fell into our garden from next door's garden, amazingly it didn't do any structural damage, smashed a few plants and the fence though - I'd forgotten about it until I was looking through my photos tonight!

It was a 100ft Spruce Louise1, brought down by a combination of heavy rain and strong winds - it came down overnight and hubby got up that morning and thought the bathroom seemed lighter - it certainly was, that tree blocked a huge area of sky!! Once it was all removed the whole garden was much lighter! It wasn't very nice at the time though - a huge task clearing up after it - ugh!

That's a big tree and it must have been quite frightening when it happened.
It looks like a type of conifer, not a dreaded Leylandii is it ?
