This is a lovely cool and calm picture, things growing and mingling with each other, just as nature intended. I love the ferns.

Thankyou Bbb, there is also jack-by-the-hedge which is edible (I googled it) but I haven't had the courage to try.
I too love daylilies and have a few different ones that you may be able to identify 'cos I've forgotten the names. When they flower I shall put photo's on, hopefully, with a little prompt, I shall remember which they are.

I love ferns too!
