I love campanulas too... they are so pretty. There are zillions of varieties too...and they clump together and make a great show. They are not demanding and will tolerate dryness but grow best with good moisture and lots of compost in the soil. Check out Campanula takiesimana "Cherry Bells" ...my cousin gave me a small clump and they were spectacular last year...They made it through the seriously cold winter we have here...and are starting to flower now... I divided and moved them to different spots late last summer so I know they don't mind being moved around...

Campanula persicifolia i think. very pretty non the less.
