That paler green under the viburnum is a yellow flower something like a dandilion in the flower head it is a lovely mass, you keep cutting the spent flower stems off and new ones come Summer and Autumn. I bought it in Caehir Gardens in Cardigan kept by a dutchman but I have forgotten the name, but it does spread wildly, as you can see it started as a little plant in a pot!! Could it be a type of Coreopsis.
