Geoff Hamilton was a presenter on a garden programe here in the Uk sadly he died a few years back ,now his garden is run by his son and daughter-in-law

Ah..yes. You're talking to a Colonial..Janette. I remember the name from some gardening shows that we were lucky enough to get on our Public Broadcasting...both in Canada and the States. If I'm not mistaken he authored some books too, right? next trip to the library... Thanks folks..

Beautiful photo visited Barnsdale many times as it is only a few miles away from me, would recommend a visit to anyone if ever they are in the area.Rutland Water itself is well worth a visit....
