We are useless at DIY - I won't begin to tell you how we struggled just to do this extremely small job!!! Very embarrassing!. It is the same bench. I bought some new wood and stained it. Could do with another piece at the back but need to find something to attach the wood to.

Well i think uv done a fab job Jan ,The Extra Plank would look& do just as good a job below the 1 thats present already :) & have u thought of Buying a Arch that has the Containers @ each side ? Not2 much DIY work in those ;)

I will have a browse at different arches and anything that doesnt involve too much DIY would be great! Thanks for your kind comments :)

It's going to look great once the climbers are in - a nice peaceful place with a book and something in a glass!
