Lovely. No 'snap' this time. :-(

Oh shame Spritz ! :)
It's such a pretty one and one that has a second flush late summer, this time with single instead of doubles :)

A bit like 'Vyvyan Pennell', then. I keep saying 'no more Clematis' and end up finding a space for yet another! Now I am wondering about putting this in to mingle with my rose - Zepherine Drouhin - up the old apple tree! Would it mind facing east, do you think?

This one is south facing but i would always try something like a Clematis in any position because they're so tough!
I have Madame de Bouchard and The Princess of Wales in east facing positions .... all a windy site too and they cope just fine.
And .... it would look lovely with that rose :)

Now go on - tell - did you get it at you-know-where?

I did :)
I only bought it 15 months ago and it's been excellent value for money.

Right! When I've made my new flower bed (what, another???) and I need to get plants for it, I shall seek out 'Piluu'. Betcha they don't have it at the end of June, though. :-(

I'll keep a look out for you :)
