Hi Barbara, these are completely different to the ones i was recomending anyway - but if anything they look far better were they very expensive?

These are the B&Q ones - not too bad a price, at £2.99 each. They appear to be strong and well-made, so they should last. Thanks. Lori - I haven't got any Paeonies but I have so many other floppy perennials to support that they will soon be in situ!

i found some of these the other day in Asda £1.99 each. i bought 3, i have never used them before so i thought i would give them a go - so if you need anymore, go to Asda, - there a pound cheaper!

Thanks Angie - next time I go into town I'll check them out! The others have arrived from Ferndale, they look useful - rings with 'spokes' and a hole in the middle for a cane. Very good price!
