Wild lupins

Lupins grow wild here along the roadsides in Nova Scotia. These were next to the bridge in Petite Riviere.

It's a joy to travel down the highway and see the banks covered in them. Pink, cream, blue and purple. It's Nova Scotia's version of foxgloves, red campions and Queen Anne's Lace in the UK.
