Is this what we call deadly nightshade in Scotland.

This is a surprise. I didn't think I'd actually see these.
These sprang up beside my set, between the privacy fence and my steps. The soil is dry, and nothing added to it.
These grew and came out of no where. Not a clue, but they seem to love the spot. Growing like crazy on to our steps. I yanked at it and tore clumps and vines of it out...seemed to enjoy that and has bounced back wonderfully...lol...
I figured it was some sort of a wildflower and some bird or bug must have dropped some seed there.
I'd be interested if you do find out the name of this.

it is bitter sweet nightshade shaylaina :) it thrives in sandy or like wasteland areas :)

Thank you. I wasn't even going to bother finding out the name, as it just appeared and I figured it was just a weed...little do I know. Yup, it's in a sandy wasteland. I don' t know how it got there but I'm glad it's there now.
It is nice to know the name of it :)
