Opium Poppy (Papaver somniferum (Opium poppy))

These beauties first appeared in the West border about five years ago. Selfseeding in the patio, they no longer occupy the border, so I shall be seedcollecting this year, in an attempt to return this lovely annual poppy to its original position.
