Elephant Garlic flowers

Do you harvest and use the garlic Mike?
I like the flowers..looks like they get even more dramatic yet!

I planted these last fall Catfinch. I did it just for the flowers but latter in the season I will dig one up to see whats going on underground.

I grow garlic chives. Similar flower but only about 30cm high. These are stunning!

I would be interested to find out too..!
