Clematis flower nearly open.. But who is it? the President or Dr Ruppel?
Planted both at either side of arch but cant remember which side is which, thought this was the president but looks like it,s Dr Rupple.

This photo is of "Clematis, The President." in Usernut's garden
It isn't the President. It is a dark bluish colour. But can very well be Dr. Ruppel.
