Witchhazel rebounding!

Summer 2009: I am pleased to say, that despite the fact that I accidentally GIRDLED my poor baby witchhazel shrub earlier this year, I cut it down and it has rebounded with vigor. It just a couple of inches shy of the height it was when it met it's untimely accident. I have big hopes for it as a focal point for that area of the yard, and I vow never to go near it with a weedwhipper again.
