Bought for £2 with no lable. Any ideas?

The staff at the garden center thought it was Photinia, but I thought not - but I may be wrong! I've never seen a variegated one and there are no new red shoots.....??

This is Photinia davidii 'Painter's Palette' Sid as I have one.the leaves should be mottled white and pink.Not like a Red Robin at all.Slow growing,likes acid,and branches far more straggly.
