Acanthus spinosus

Acanthus spinosus (Acanthus spinosus (Bear's breeches))

A very architectural plant. It needs support in my garden as the wind makes its leaves flop over its neighbours!

It also has a very long history, it was used as a decoration in ancient Greek and Roman art and architecture. A definite must have plant ! It's beautiful !

What else?

See who else is growing Acanthus spinosus (Bear's breeches).

See who else has plants in genus Acanthus.
