Bupleurum fruticosum - 2013 (Bupleurum fruticosum)

The books generally say this is not particularly hardy, but I first saw this growing in an exposed position in Northamptonshire. I think it may be pollinated by flies, as they are often on the blooms, but I've not seen any bees on it
