Yes I am located in Nova Scotia Canada. I had 4 wonderful blooms yesterday and then the winds picked up something fierce. I managed to stake some special ones but even some of the intermediate ones got damaged in the wind. Today there are heavy rains. Those are the perils you encounter when growing irises.

Yes, indeed. Here in the south of the U.K. it is supposed to be mild, but we have had some torrential rain storms. I staked as many flower heads as I could this year. Even my late Irises finished a while ago. I have some big pods developing already.
