I think that this is an I.germanica cultivar. I bought it at last years village plant sale.

If it's a Dwarf Bearded, they are 8 to 16", not a germanica, but a pumila probably.

Definitely a Bearded, presumably a tall, as Dwarf are usually finished by now.
