Twice the size it was last year, and it survived being drowned under a raging torrent! Can you spot the Himalayan Balsam seedlings appearing (again!)

That is quite lovely. I do feel for you having that HB stuff in the garden. We forget flooding can bring unwelcome parasites.

These are planted at the stream running through Harlow Carr, so they will be very happy near your little brook.
