The sweet aroma of crabapple!

This crabapple is so hardy and the blossom smells heavenly, Gt...wonder if you could grow one in Alaska?

Maybe. I'll watch around to try catching a glimpse of one. We have no blooms yet, the bloomers just started to show green buds this weekend. Usually just chokecherry and another cherry they give out for arbor day.

by searching around I found that this is the Japanese Crabapple...The bees are just having an "arbour day" of their own...the sweet smell and the buzZ of the bees, what more could one ask for? ( 'scuse the dangling participle!)
