I started this perennial from seed back in 2001 and have had them ever since. They readily reseed and get 2-3' tall.

I love Malva it is such a beach type flower...makes me think of the ocean and salt water..lol..and do I have to be reminded..lol..I live above salt water...no ocean waves though...lol..still I love the Malva...

Hmm, yes their pretty pink flowers do seem beach-y. : ) ... I started another perennial Malva this spring from seed - Malva Zebrina. They are whiteish with inner dark purple... hope to upload photos soon!
