Romneya coulteri - 2014

It's common name is tree poppy, but it's neither a tree nor a poppy. Sub-shrub to about four feet, for well-drained soil in full sun. Although it resents root disturbance, it runs. Having said that, my 11 year old plant seems to be slowly dying back.
