Not reliably so, even here! Mine looked like dead sticks in the spring, and I had to cut them back - but theyr'e all fine now.

Just planted 4 of these, Spritz, 'Tresillick', 'Trenance', 'Huntsman's Red' (named wrong, I think) and an unidentified deep pink one. They flower and flower but how hardy are they, I wonder.
