Another 4" tropical that likes my house, it is now filling a large floor pot nicely. Is this the correct name for it? Please feel free to correct any mistakes I make identifying my plants; most come from friends cuttings, grocery stores, etc. with little information.

Thanks Lori! It sure looks the same, and i have to keep cutting mine back or it would be too tall for my space. I am trying to root cuttings now; we'll see how it goes. I have edited the details; thanks again!

Hi Grammazoo...I think you have a schefflera arboricola compacta. I think there are about a dozen varieties of this plant, some are variegated. I have a schefflera actinophylla...it is the gum tree...you know..".Kookabura sits in the old gum tree~" ... have a friend in Queensland where they are native...she still has one in a pot...but puts it out in her backyard she says it's 18 feet tall now! They grow as large as our maples! Although I have to check my facts, I think that the var. you have is common in Hawaii. Don't quote me til you google it! lol.
