The one on the right in the terracotta pot is my original.
Ordered the white form which turned out to be another blue one (on the left, blue plastic pot).
One e-mail later the supplying nursery said "sorry, no problem, we'll send the correct one ASAP". Good to their word I now have the white form (in the green plastic pot centre).

I am truly impressed! So, who is it then?

Burncoose - they made a mistake but sorted it with no hassle whatsoever. I really can't knock them, mistakes happen. The measure of customer service is how you sort them out.

Yes, absolutely! Well done Burncoose! I will have to order more plants though, to justify that delivery charge!! :)))))

Maybe the only problem with them is the delivery charge, although as with all things you get what you pay for - always well packaged and no issues with the courier contractors (which is nice, as I have daily rants at couriers in the course of my business).

The two new ones are both bursting with buds. My original plant has a fair few buds, but is putting out a lot of new growth. It'll be magnificent in a month or so!
I agree, it was excellent service on their part!
