I always thought it was a Small leaved lilac 'Superba' but would like to know if it actually is! It was in the garden when we moved in and is quite a stunner.

I inherited a lovely clump of lilac when we move here! Yours are especially beautiful! Is it a Preston Lilac, perhaps.. or a McFarlane?
