A very pretty earwig delicacy ?!? I haven't come across zinnias before. They look a lot like dahlias

yes they do look like dahlia flowers but the zinnia is a woody plant where the dahlia are quite succulent. I like zinnias because they are terrifically easy from seed and always put on a colourful show.

They certainly are for me, Janette!... minus 30 centrigrade with minus 20 as the high for a week or so at least...our winters are brutal by your standards!!
