Yea, it'll be fine - its just some insect or slug or caterpillar having lunch.

Fatsia Japonicas are very tough plants and I would think its most likely that everything will be OK.

Leaf cutter bees or vine weevil- both will make holes around the edge. Bees are fine but weevil live in potted plants. The holes are very symmetrical and it looks like someones bitten a chunk out. possibly. google Vine weevil damage to see
