Just wait until it flowers and then you can identify it easily. Looks kinda familiar but where did you get it?

Are the new shoots red in spring, if so it may be Photinia. The leaves look like it?

The nearest thing I can think of is also Photinia.

Photinia was also my first thought. I have three photinia red robins, and this looks very like it although not really any red foliage, so not too sure of the variety.
