Hello, I'd like to know if the "dwarf philadelphus belle etoile" in the photo referenced above is truly a new, dwarf plant, or just someone's shrub that didn't get very big. I couldn't find any dwarf philadelphus in your garden center listings. If it is a dwarf version, and one of your members has grown it, does it have the same swooningly sweet fragrance as the original? I want to grow a hedge, if it does. Also, any information on the grower/distributor would be most welcome, as I don't think trans-Atlantic shipping is going to fit my budget ;-)
Thanks in advance for any help you can give,

There may well be a new hybrid that's a dwarf, I'm not sure. Have you tried private messaging Magnoliatree direct and asking? Also, do you really want a hedge that has no leaves in the winter? Although perhaps that's better where you live, if you get lots of snow in the winter.

How do I say thanks?
