the berries make a lovely fruit leather, tastes similar to apples.

What's fruit leather Catty?

its a great way of preserving berries. You just mush the berries down then smooth onto baking tray or rock very thinly. leave in the sun to dry or in the oven with door open, they taste lovely and have the texture of leather but not when you eat them. they are described as natures sweets (but with no added sugar!)
