THE JUICES HAVE GATHERED THERE OVER A COUPLE OF WEEKS, DUE TO THE HEAT FROM THE SUN, AND ARE FROM GRASS CUTTINGS OFF MY LAWN,IF SO DO YOU THINK I SHOULD DILUTE THE LIQUID? THANKYOU.

I would say dilute it, as it would be quite potent presumably. cant see anything wrong with it as its something that goes in a compost bin

If the wheelie bin has only been used for grass cutting then the juices should be OK to use diluted.
However, if you have had other domestic waste in the bin then the juices could be contaminated by toxins and should be discarded.

Don't use those juices as a liquid manure, you will not be able to get a balanced liquid feed.

If they're only from grass cuttings, I would think the juices would be very high in nitrogen, so unless you want plenty of foiliage and no flowers be very careful with it.
