i have seen this plant in several old gardens like Lord Byrons garden and now i want to bring it into my garden centre but i cant find the name of it.
I believe it is a parthenocissus (guessing) or maybe a vine of some kind.
Any help would be appreciated.

Motinot's got the Latin name right, and Docbob's using the common name, though that can be two different forms of parthenocissus)
