Can anyone identify please

This looks like a heather or Erica from a distance, if you have a close up that might be helpful

I think it's too big to be either of those. It could be a Spiraea, although it's flwering late if it is, or it could be a Hebe. As you say, Andrea, a close-up would be helpful

Possibly a another Hebe? That foliage looks ranked so that is my guess. As to which one....god, there are so many!
