I wish to lay a new lawn in an area which at the moment contains a large number of Lilly bulbs.
I have attempted to dig them out and have to an extent succeded in doing so.
I do not believe i will be able to locate them all and so do i have an alternative way of stopping them reshooting.
One other thing does the shoot of the lily thats been seperated from the corms re grow if left in the ground.

It's only the corms that produce growth, so top, green stems won't root.

I would just mow the lawn. Once you start that they will be finished!
