Is this giant hogweed?

The flowers are a dirty white, not without beauty, some are quite pinkish. Some are over 8ft high.

giant hogweed is usually found very close to water and as the name suggests giant very big with hollow stems i personally dont think it is

no its not fat or tall enough. the stems are wider than a patio parasol.
there are lots of plants in this genus that all look very similar. from wild parsnip to hemlock.

Giant hogweed has very, very large leaves, that look prickly, with very thick stems - rather like a Gunnera or very large rhubarb, so I don't think this is it.
