Eryngium bourgatii - Pyrenees Sea Holly

We call it Sea thistle.

There lies the problem with common names...

Miss Willmot's Ghost is the common name. She used to visit people's gardens and sprinkle the seeds when they weren't looking, leaving them a surprise for the next year! I Eryngium giganteum, not bourgatti, I think. Save some seed to propagate more plants.
