Its a tuberous begonia, of which there are several hybrids, the most common being Begonia tuberhybrida, which is probably what you've got there. You can buy them as tubers in spring and grow them yourself if you want.

Thank you Bamboo, i do have lots of tuberous begonias but none like this type, the others have much larger blooms on much thicker stems which break easy.

Might be easier to tell which variety you've got with a photo of the whole plant rather than just the flowers - at the moment, it looks like one of the Multiflora group, but can't really tell. The Pendula group has thinner stems which droop a bit and are better for hanging baskets, etc, but the flowers look the same.

I have changed the photo [could i have added photo?] the Multiflora ones i know have smaller blooms and do not have the rose like look, this is only my second year growing begonia other than the semperflorens type

Doesn't look like Pendula - might be B. multiflora maxima though - plants only get six inches or so high though, and I think yours is taller - it could be B. multiflora maxima Non-Stop group, or B. multiflora Prima Donna group - both these hybrids are double flowered. That's about as close as I can get anyway;-)
