Please help me identily this plant.

This plant is a house plant, it has very dark green leaves. We sat it outside in the spring and now have very britht orange blooms. The person that gave me this has no idea what the name of this plant is, can someone identify?

Those leaves actually look brown - are they? I'm assuming they are, which is why I mentioned the Impatiens above - these come under the Wallerana range of busy lizzies now, but the one with this colour foliage is still officially petersiana - you have a double flowered version of it.
