We live in the greater London area and this year the Wisteria is covered in these seed pods. Will they weaken the plant if left on. Thank you

My wisterias are covered in seed pods every year but it doesn't seem to have slowed them down - they're still rampant

the seed pods are from the flowers - just means they've had a chance to stay on the plant and create seed. You can cut them off if you want, but if they're already formed and brown and crispy (which is probably why you're noticing them) there's not much point - the plant's already put the energy into creating them.
