bought some plug plants 6weeks ago and transplanted them into 3inch pots put them into my coldframe but they do not seem to be growing any bigger am i doing something wrong

Plug plants need to grow bigger root systems before you will see any top growth, especially at this time of year when the weather is getting cooler. Be patient!

It just depends what your plug plants are,Dodi...If they are winter bedding...Pansies,Viola's,Primula's etc..they are hardy and you can plant them out now..if tender,they won't really grow much at this time of year..if you could be more specific,someone will advise you...
