My brugmansias (first year) have grown to 3ft tall but none of my 30 plants have flowered. Should I take cuttings for next year , dig them up, repot, and put in the greenhouse or leave where they are for the winter?

Yes, probably didn't flower because they were planted in the ground. Better grown in containers and fed a high potash fertiliser on a regular basis. Need to be potted and sheltered in frost-free environment.

These need to be dug up or have cuttings taken asap. They probably didn't flower because they were treated too nicely in the ground! My neighbours flowered in a pot bound pot!
