no but it does look like it is woody nightshade. also poisonous. it produces a bright red berry like a redcurrant. if you have children then you have several options. either dig it out, or remove the flowers before the fruits develop or show the children them as they develop but constantly remind them that they must not be eaten as they will make them very poorly. i did the last option with my girls and they never ate them. in fact they still will check with me about eating berries from the garden.

deadly nightshade has a white corolla [petals] whereas woody is purple. i have just checked. it was described by Darwin as 'the most feeblest of twiners'

I was suspicious of it when I moved here so I dug it up (I thought). However it's back this year. A berry is appearing so I'll check the colour.
Sophie (dog) can't get to it I'm sure. I didn't realise that it was a climber.

the berry will start green then slowly ripen to a rich red. birds and voles etc eat the berries with out any harm. dont know about the dog though. check with the vet.

Well its definitely some kind of solanum, and it could be nightshade - did you buy a solanum, or is it self set - if so, it'll be either woody or deadly nightshade.
