Can you identify this plant ?

Can you identify this plant with pink bottle-brush shaped flowers. It is about 6 inches tall at the moment. Its growing beside a clump of low growing hardy geraniums with pretty shell-pink flowers and I am not sure of its name either.

The Geranium looks like Wargrave's Pink, pretty sure of that. Not sure about the one next to it though.
